SolsTarot (solstarot.com) is a personal website run by an individual based in Québec, Canada. It offers free tarot readings, astrology tools, crystal and essential-oil guides, and related content. You can reach us at hello@solstarot.com or through our contact page.

Using the site

You may use SolsTarot for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please do not copy, republish, scrape, or redistribute the site’s content, tools, or images without written permission, and do not use the site in a way that could damage it or interfere with other visitors. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Union) to use the site.

Intellectual property

The texts, card interpretations, combinations, tools, design, and original illustrations on SolsTarot belong to SolsTarot unless otherwise stated. The Rider–Waite tarot images shown next to our cards are in the public domain. Third-party product names and images belong to their respective owners.

Your Grimoire and other saved data

Tools such as the Grimoire, the journal, and the daily draw save their information in your own browser only, so we cannot restore it if you clear your browser data or change devices. The Keepsake is different: what we keep for it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Affiliate links and donations

SolsTarot shows no ads. Besides the Keepsake, it is supported by affiliate links (Amazon Associates — as an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases) and voluntary donations through Ko-fi. Affiliate links never change the content of our readings. Donations are gifts, not purchases: they do not grant any product, service, or special status, and they are handled by Ko-fi under its own terms. The Keepsake Birth Chart (paid digital product)

The birth chart page (the wheel, your Sun, Moon and Rising, and each planet in its sign) asks for no payment and no sign-up. The Keepsake is the only thing SolsTarot sells: a complete written reading of your chart, shown in your browser, with a printable book (PDF) and a framed-chart image. The price is shown on the offer before you pay (one single payment, no subscription). Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

The Keepsake is personalised digital content delivered immediately after payment, with a personal link sent to the email address used at checkout. By paying, you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that, once the reading is delivered, you lose any right of withdrawal that the law of your country may provide for digital content. Purchases are therefore final. If a technical problem prevents you from opening your reading or downloading your book, write to hello@solstarot.com within 30 days: we will fix it, or refund you if we cannot.

The reading is calculated from the birth details you enter, and its accuracy depends on them, especially the birth time. It is written for personal reflection. It is not a prediction of events and not professional advice of any kind, and SolsTarot guarantees no result, outcome or decision based on it. The Keepsake is for your personal use (you may show it to people close to you); it may not be resold or republished. You must be of legal age where you live, or have a parent’s permission, to buy it.

One Keepsake is made for one birth chart: one person, one birth date. It reopens with the same birth date that was used when it was bought. A chart with another birth date needs its own Keepsake. If you entered a wrong birth date when you bought it, write to us and we will fix it.

The Keepsake is sold by SolsTarot (solstarot.com), a site run by Maude, an individual based in Québec, Canada. You can reach her at hello@solstarot.com or through our contact page. After payment, you receive an email with your personal link and a receipt: the seller, the product, the amount paid and its currency, any tax charged, the date and the payment reference. That email also confirms that you asked for immediate access and that the purchase is final.

The Circle (community forum)

The Circle is a space where members share readings and experiences. You are responsible for what you post. Please stay kind; do not post predictions about anyone’s health, death, pregnancy or legal matters; do not share personal information about yourself or others (address, phone number, full names of third parties); and do not advertise. Members’ posts express their own views: they are not advice from SolsTarot and not professional advice. We may review, edit, hide or delete any post, and suspend any account, at our discretion. By posting, you allow SolsTarot to display your post on the site; you can delete your account and your posts at any time. If you are in distress or in danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line rather than the forum. You must be at least 16 years old to join the Circle.

Links to other websites

The site links to third-party websites (Amazon, Ko-fi, Google, and others). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

No warranty and limitation of liability

SolsTarot is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we make no promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolsTarot is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Québec, unless the law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
